Walk-through & bid
We meet on site, look at what's there, and quote based on the plans. Real numbers, not "we'll figure it out as we go."

Underground & rough-in
Drains, vents, and supply lines stubbed and pressure-tested before drywall closes. Clean, square, easy for the inspector.

Finish & trim
Toilets, faucets, fixtures, appliance hookups. We coordinate with your tile, cabinet, and electrical trades so nothing collides.

Final inspection & warranty
We meet the inspector, close the permit, and back the work in writing. You get a clean folder of paperwork at the end.

Will you work with my GC, or do I hire you direct?
Both. We're happy to sub for your general contractor or work directly with you as the homeowner. We've got a list of local GCs we partner with if you need a referral.
How early should I bring you in on a remodel?
Earlier is better. A 30-minute conversation during the design phase saves thousands during construction. We're happy to look at plans before you commit to anything.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We pull the plumbing and gas permits, coordinate inspections, and close them out at the end of the project.
Can the bathroom be unusable during a remodel?
For repipes and whole-house work, we stage so you have a working toilet and shower every night. Single-bath remodels are obviously offline during the work — we'll let you know exactly which days.
Can I supply my own fixtures?
Absolutely. Just check with us before ordering — we can spot a fixture that won't pass code or doesn't match the rough-in before it's a $400 paperweight.
