Drain cleaning
Kitchen, bath, laundry, floor drains. We use the right tool — auger, snake, or jet — for the line and the clog.
- Single fixture & whole-home
- No-mess, drop-cloth setup
- Cause identified, not just cleared
From kitchen sinks that won't drain to root-bound mains under the driveway — we scope, jet, repair, and (when it makes sense) line without digging up your yard.
Scoping the pipe before we touch it is how we avoid replacing 60 feet of line when the problem is at 12 feet.

HD color camera with locator. We show you the footage, save it for you, and pinpoint exactly where the issue is.
For grease, scale, and root mats — high-pressure water that scours the pipe wall back to clean.
Spot repairs for cracks, bellies, offset joints, and root intrusion. Permits and locates handled.
Pipe lining (CIPP) and pipe bursting let us replace a sewer line with minimal digging — a game-changer under driveways and landscaping.
If the same drain clogs every few months, the problem isn't the clog — it's the slope, venting, or root intrusion. We find the root cause.
No "you need to replace everything" without proof.
We push a camera through the line and you watch the screen with us. No diagnosis without footage you can see.
We mark exactly where the issue is — depth and footage from the cleanout. That's how we avoid digging the wrong spot.
If a 6-foot spot repair solves it, we don't replace 60 feet. Trenchless lining only when it's actually warranted.
Post-repair camera pass to confirm the line is sound and clear. Footage saved for your records.

It varies, but we price it transparently up front. If we end up doing the repair, the scoping fee is typically credited toward the work.
Trenchless replaces or relines a sewer line with one or two small access pits instead of trenching the whole length. It's great under driveways, mature landscaping, and porches — but it requires a serviceable host pipe and good access. We'll tell you honestly if it fits.
Not when sized right for the line. We adjust pressure and nozzle to the pipe material and condition — and if the line is already fragile, we recommend a different approach.
Repeat clogs usually mean a slope problem, a venting issue, or root intrusion in the main. A scope tells us in 15 minutes which one it is.
