Range hookups, dryer conversions, fireplace lines, and full-house repipes. We pull the permit, pressure test the line, and stick around for the inspection. Gas isn't the place to cut corners.
Every job sized for the actual load, not a guess.

Adding gas to a part of the house that doesn't have it? We route through walls, attics, or crawl space — clean, supported, and to code.
Smell gas? Don't wait. We isolate the section, pressure test, and rebuild the failed run — never just patch.
Required for new installs and reactivations. We run the air test, document the result, and meet the inspector on site.
Adding a tankless or a generator? The existing line is often too small. We recalculate the load and upsize the run.
Removing an appliance? Restoring an old line? Properly capped and pressure-checked — never abandoned in place without test.
Four non-negotiables on every Big Four gas job.
If your contractor offers to skip the permit, find a new contractor. Permits exist so an inspector verifies your house is safe.
Pipe size depends on appliance load and run length. We do the calc — we don't guess. Undersized lines cause low pressure and dangerous combustion.
Every new section gets a recorded pressure test. You get the documentation for your records and any future home sale.
CSST requires proper bonding to ground. Lines through floors and walls require sleeving. Little details that matter a lot.

Black iron is traditional rigid pipe — bulletproof but slower to install. CSST is flexible corrugated stainless — fast and great in finished spaces, but requires bonding. PE (polyethylene) is for underground runs only. We pick based on the job.
If the line is already there, often same day. If we need to add or upsize the run, plan for a couple of days including the permit and inspection.
Absolutely — one of our most common requests. We route to your patio, install a quick-disconnect, and pressure-test the line.
