Kitchen, bath, laundry, exterior. Bring us the faucet you picked or we'll bring options. No hidden labor markup.
New toilet supplied or yours. Wax ring, supply line, and angle stop refreshed at the same time. No more rocking, running, or leaks.
Disposal swap, jam fixing, leak repair. We carry standard-quality units and can install yours if you've already bought one.
Banging pipes, leaking fixtures, and quick-failing water heaters often trace back to a bad PRV. We test and replace.
Required by code on closed systems. We size, install, and replace expansion tanks, T&P valves, and angle stops.
The short version, for homeowners getting their first annual notice.
A backflow assembly stops contaminated water (irrigation, fire-suppression, boilers) from siphoning back into your potable system.
Most water purveyors in Snohomish County require yearly testing on every assembly, with a report filed by a certified tester.
Most failed assemblies just need a rebuild kit — a small repair, not a whole new device. We carry the common kits.
You shouldn't have to chase your water utility. We submit the test report electronically, and you get a copy for your records.

About 20–30 minutes per assembly if everything passes. We file the report with your water utility the same day.
Often a running toilet, leaking angle stop, or failing PRV that's letting pressure spike. We can usually find it in one short visit.
Yes — as long as it's a quality unit. Some big-box-only fixtures use proprietary parts that fail fast; we'll flag those before installing.
There's a small trip charge for service calls in your area, which we apply against the work. We'll quote it on the phone before we roll.
Static water pressure should be 50–80 psi. Above 80 you're stressing every fixture and the water heater. We test for free when we're already on a service call.
Send the form or call (360) 488-8553. Most fixture and backflow jobs are booked same-week.
